Who can participate
The members of the Nordic Investment Club are large institutional investors spanning pension funds, insurance companies, and large corporate investors. Only professional investors can participate in Club structures.

- Mid-market private equity buy-out
- Credit
- Real-estate
What club management entails
Each Club is an AIF managed by Advantage Investment Partners pursuant to AFIM license under supervision by the Danish FSA.
Advantage Investment Partners acts as the Club manager, handling the statutory duties:
- Investment oversight next to each Club member
- Compliance oversight
- Risk management
- Valuation
- Reporting
Club members hold full oversight and decision-making power over all material Club matters.
